  • 1- 3/4 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1/2 CUP CURRENTS OR RAISINS
  • 1-1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
  • 1/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
  • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1 CONTAINER ( 8 OUNCES) LEMON , OR ORANGE YOGURT
  • 2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL

Directions
  1. HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES F.; LIGHTLY GREASE BOTTOM AND SIDE OF A ROUND PAN 9X1-1/2 INCHES, WITH SHORTENING.
  2. MIX FLOUR, CURRENTS, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, AND SALT IN A MEDIUM BOWL.
  3. MIX YOGURT AND OIL;STIR INTO FLOUR MIXTURE JUST UNTIL FLOUR IS MOISTENED, SPREAD DOUGH IN PAN
  4. BAKE ABOUT 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN; CUT INTO WEDGES.
  5. SERVE WARM OR COOL
  6. MAKES 8 WEDGES
