Ingredients

1- 3/4 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR

1/2 CUP CURRENTS OR RAISINS

1-1/2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER

1/4 TEASPOON BAKING SODA

1/4 TEASPOON SALT

1 CONTAINER ( 8 OUNCES) LEMON , OR ORANGE YOGURT

2 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE OIL

Directions

HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES F.; LIGHTLY GREASE BOTTOM AND SIDE OF A ROUND PAN 9X1-1/2 INCHES, WITH SHORTENING.

MIX FLOUR, CURRENTS, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, AND SALT IN A MEDIUM BOWL.

MIX YOGURT AND OIL;STIR INTO FLOUR MIXTURE JUST UNTIL FLOUR IS MOISTENED, SPREAD DOUGH IN PAN

BAKE ABOUT 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN; CUT INTO WEDGES.

SERVE WARM OR COOL

MAKES 8 WEDGES
