- 1- 3/4 CUPS all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 CUP CURRENTS OR raisins shopping list
- 1-1/2 TEASPOONS baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 TEASPOON baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 TEASPOON salt shopping list
- 1 CONTAINER ( 8 OUNCES) lemon , OR orangE YOGURT shopping list
- 2 TABLESPOONS vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES F.; LIGHTLY GREASE BOTTOM AND SIDE OF A ROUND PAN 9X1-1/2 INCHES, WITH SHORTENING.
- MIX FLOUR, CURRENTS, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, AND SALT IN A MEDIUM BOWL.
- MIX YOGURT AND OIL;STIR INTO FLOUR MIXTURE JUST UNTIL FLOUR IS MOISTENED, SPREAD DOUGH IN PAN
- BAKE ABOUT 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN; CUT INTO WEDGES.
- SERVE WARM OR COOL
- MAKES 8 WEDGES
