How to make it

  • HEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES F.; LIGHTLY GREASE BOTTOM AND SIDE OF A ROUND PAN 9X1-1/2 INCHES, WITH SHORTENING.
  • MIX FLOUR, CURRENTS, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, AND SALT IN A MEDIUM BOWL.
  • MIX YOGURT AND OIL;STIR INTO FLOUR MIXTURE JUST UNTIL FLOUR IS MOISTENED, SPREAD DOUGH IN PAN
  • BAKE ABOUT 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN; CUT INTO WEDGES.
  • SERVE WARM OR COOL
  • MAKES 8 WEDGES
