How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients, taking care not to mush up the avocado. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour while the flavors combine.
  • Serve with chips or on top of tacos.

    I've never seen a pico recipe with avocado in it but I bet it would be good!
    Pico is always delicious.

    I love fresh pico de gallo - this one has a great combo of flavors...this will be great on our tacos or in a sandwich wrap - looks fantastic!
