Ingredients
  • 2 large ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • ΒΌ cup chopped red onion
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh jalapeno
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • Juice of one lime
  • salt

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients, taking care not to mush up the avocado. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour while the flavors combine.
  2. Serve with chips or on top of tacos.

I love fresh pico de gallo - this one has a great combo of flavors...this will be great on our tacos or in a sandwich wrap - looks fantastic!


I've never seen a pico recipe with avocado in it but I bet it would be good!
