- 2 large ripe tomatoes, diced shopping list
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro shopping list
- ¼ cup chopped red onion shopping list
- 1-2 tbsp chopped fresh jalapeno shopping list
- 2 ripe avocados, diced shopping list
- juice of one lime shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, taking care not to mush up the avocado. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour while the flavors combine.
- Serve with chips or on top of tacos.
