Ingredients

small bag of black eyed peas

1/2 and onion

clove of garlic

salt / pepper to taste

Directions

sift through beans for any rocks

rinse beans

add to pot and cover the beans with water bring to a small boil (about 15 min on Medium)

dice onions

crush garlic

add all of the other ingredients

Turn heat on to low/ cover it

stir occasionally
