How to make it

  • turn on heat under skilet on MEDIUM
  • fill skilet a little less than half way with corn or vegetable oil
  • clean with water and drain the chicken
  • wash hands w/ soap
  • set up seasoning / egg wash / batter stations use extra bowl for battered chicken
  • place all seasonings (how ever much of each you feel should go on to the plate and mix together) -- cover each peice of chicken equally on both sides
  • beat eggs and milk together-- dip seasoned chicken into wash
  • dip it into the cornmeal-- lightly beat off any excess
  • do that for all the peices then the oil should be hot turn it down if you have to only slightly
  • then fry until golden brown and done on the inside (no more blood)
  • drain and serve with a side or 2
  • enjoy and make it your own
