Willies Fried Chicken Recipe
This is a dish that my brother made his own and it is mostly in how he seasoned it just right he brought out the flavor just right . Tastes so good makes you want to pay $$ for it !

Ingredients
  • Chicken thighs and Drumsticks (dark meat is best for frying plus its cheaper )
  • Lawrys season salt
  • Lawrys Garlic salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • small splash of milk
  • cornmeal (best texture)
  • corn or vegetable oil

Directions
  1. turn on heat under skilet on MEDIUM
  2. fill skilet a little less than half way with corn or vegetable oil
  3. clean with water and drain the chicken
  4. wash hands w/ soap
  5. set up seasoning / egg wash / batter stations use extra bowl for battered chicken
  6. place all seasonings (how ever much of each you feel should go on to the plate and mix together) -- cover each peice of chicken equally on both sides
  7. beat eggs and milk together-- dip seasoned chicken into wash
  8. dip it into the cornmeal-- lightly beat off any excess
  9. do that for all the peices then the oil should be hot turn it down if you have to only slightly
  10. then fry until golden brown and done on the inside (no more blood)
  11. drain and serve with a side or 2
  12. enjoy and make it your own
