Anchovy Mayonnaise

                    - One 2 ounce can anchovies (12-14 fillets) shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil shopping list
- 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of capers shopping list
- 2 cups of best quality mayonnaise shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Place the anchovies, garlic, parsley, basil, mustard and capers in a blender or food processor and puree.
- Combine the puree with the mayonnaise. Allow to stand at least two hours refrigerated for the flavors to meld.
