How to make it

  • Wash and pat dry the tuna steaks.
  • Cut the tuna into 3/4 inch cubes and put the cubes in a non-metallic bowl.
  • Clean and wipe dry the mushrooms and add them to the bowl.
  • Combine the ingredients for the marinade and pour over the tuna and mushrooms.
  • Make sure the tuna and mushrooms are evenly coated with the marinade.
  • Cover and leave to marinate for 30 minutes to an hour in the fridge.
  • Halfway through, toss the tuna and mushrooms again.
  • Thread the cubes of tuna and mushrooms on to the skewers.
  • Preheat the grill to high and oil the grill rack.
  • Brush the kebabs with the marinade.
  • Grill for 2-4 minutes on each side, brushing them with more marinade when you turn the kebabs.
  • Serve immediately.
