Ingredients

How to make it

  • Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature about 1 hour so that it is easier to spread.
  • Spread the bottom of a brownie size pan with the cream cheese. I use a spatula to make it easier.
  • Pour the can of chili on top and spread evenly
  • Sprinkle the top with as much of the shredded cheese as desired. I use the whole bag of cheese!
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees for a metal pan. 325 degrees for a glass pan.
  • Place in oven (uncovered) for about 25-30 minutes or until all the cheese on top has melted.
  • Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
