A beautiful plating of fresh loin of grouper thinly sliced with wonderful seasonings and deliciious lime juice. Put them all together, they spell delicioso!
Ingredients
- Grouper Loin 10 oz. shopping list
- limes 6 each juice shopping list
- Pureed garlic ¼ tsp. shopping list
- cilantro 2 tbsp. shopping list
- Aji Amarilo Puree 4 tbsp. shopping list
- celery 2 tbsp. shopping list
- scallions 2 tbsp. shopping list
- sea salt to taste shopping list
- Cooked Choclo 2 tbsp. shopping list
- toasted Cancha 2 tbsp. shopping list
- Julienned onions 1 tbsp. shopping list
How to make it
- Slice grouper thinly and arrange on a plate and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Combine other ingredients and spoon over fish. Garnish with choclo, cancha and red onion.
- Serve and enjoy!
