Ingredients

Grouper Loin 10 oz.

Limes 6 each juice

Pureed Garlic ¼ tsp.

Cilantro 2 tbsp.

Aji Amarilo Puree 4 tbsp.

Celery 2 tbsp.

Scallions 2 tbsp.

Sea Salt to taste

Cooked Choclo 2 tbsp.

Toasted Cancha 2 tbsp.

Julienned Onions 1 tbsp.

Directions

Slice grouper thinly and arrange on a plate and sprinkle with sea salt.

Combine other ingredients and spoon over fish. Garnish with choclo, cancha and red onion.

Serve and enjoy!
