A beautiful plating of fresh loin of grouper thinly sliced with wonderful seasonings and deliciious lime juice. Put them all together, they spell delicioso!

Ingredients
  • Grouper Loin 10 oz.
  • Limes 6 each juice
  • Pureed Garlic ΒΌ tsp.
  • Cilantro 2 tbsp.
  • Aji Amarilo Puree 4 tbsp.
  • Celery 2 tbsp.
  • Scallions 2 tbsp.
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Cooked Choclo 2 tbsp.
  • Toasted Cancha 2 tbsp.
  • Julienned Onions 1 tbsp.

Directions
  1. Slice grouper thinly and arrange on a plate and sprinkle with sea salt.
  2. Combine other ingredients and spoon over fish. Garnish with choclo, cancha and red onion.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
