Thai Salmon Salad

- 4 tbsp. fish sauce shopping list
- 4 tbsp. lime juice shopping list
- 2 tsp. brown sugar shopping list
- 4 Thai chilies, chopped shopping list
- 1 1/2 lbs. salmon fillets shopping list
- 1 tsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- 1 large tomato, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil shopping list
- mixed greens shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Prepare the dressing by combining the fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and chopped chilies in a small bowl; set aside.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking try and rub with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Let the fillets cool for at least 15 minutes. Then place them into a big bowl and break into big chunks with a fork. Add onion, tomato, and basil; pour the dressing over all and toss gently until mixed. Serve on individual plates over mixed greens.
