Fruit Soymilk Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8oz of frozen fruit
  • (I usually use strawberries or raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup of low-fat or non-fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of soy milk

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in blender and puree.
  2. Add more soymilk for thinner consistency.
  3. Makes about 1 1/2 pints.
