Ingredients

  • 1-2 ст.ложки сухих итальянских трав (смесь тимьяна, орегано, базилика)
  • 1 ст.ложка чесночной соли
  • 2 зубчика чеснока

Directions
  1. Очистить креветки, нанизить их на шпажки.
  2. Смешать масло, приправы, соль и раздавленный чеснок.
  3. Смазать приготовленной смесью креветки и пожарить их на гриле (или запечь в духовке).
  4. Калорийность 1 порции (6 креветок): 267 кал, белки- 12г, жиры - 24г, углеводы - 2г.
