How to make it

  • Put 5 T butter in a glass pie pan. Place pan in cold oven and turn on heat to 375*.
  • Add eggs and milk to flour. Stir to combine and let sit so that the flour is absorbed by the wet mix.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
  • When the over hits temperature, open the door, carefully pour the batter into the hot pan.
  • The pancake will literally explode in the pan.
  • Check the dish at 20 minutes, if it is not uniformly brown, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and put back in over for 5 minutes.
  • When done, remove from over, sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar and remove from pit pan.
