Dutch Pancake

- 5 T butter shopping list
- 1/2 C AP flour shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 C milk shopping list
- 1 t sugar shopping list
- 1/4 t cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Put 5 T butter in a glass pie pan. Place pan in cold oven and turn on heat to 375*.
- Add eggs and milk to flour. Stir to combine and let sit so that the flour is absorbed by the wet mix.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
- When the over hits temperature, open the door, carefully pour the batter into the hot pan.
- The pancake will literally explode in the pan.
- Check the dish at 20 minutes, if it is not uniformly brown, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and put back in over for 5 minutes.
- When done, remove from over, sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar and remove from pit pan.
