Ingredients
  • 5 T Butter
  • 1/2 C AP flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1/4 t cinnamon

Directions
  1. Put 5 T butter in a glass pie pan. Place pan in cold oven and turn on heat to 375*.
  2. Add eggs and milk to flour. Stir to combine and let sit so that the flour is absorbed by the wet mix.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon, set aside.
  4. When the over hits temperature, open the door, carefully pour the batter into the hot pan.
  5. The pancake will literally explode in the pan.
  6. Check the dish at 20 minutes, if it is not uniformly brown, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and put back in over for 5 minutes.
  7. When done, remove from over, sprinkle with more cinnamon sugar and remove from pit pan.
