Ingredients
  • 4 double seeded hamburger buns
  • 8 grilled hamburger patties
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions
  1. Combine Tabasco, jalapeno and mustard and stir until well combined.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon on bottom bun then place 1 hamburger patty on mayonnaise
  3. Top with 1 slice cheddar cheese then another hamburger patty
  4. Top with pepper jack cheese and top bun.
