This ham and three bean salad is easy to make and even easier to eat! It's great for Summer dishes, no cooking, and the kitchen stays nice and cool!!

Ingredients
  • 1 pound cooked ham, cut in bite-sized pieces
  • 1 11-ounce can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 8-ounce can cut green beans, drained
  • 1 8-ounce can cut yellow beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 small red onion, very thinly sliced in rings
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Combine ham and beans in large bowl; mix well.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; blend well.
  3. Pour over ham mixture, and toss thoroughly.
  4. Cover, and refrigerate until chilled, stirring occasionally.
  5. The longer it marinates, the better it tastes!
  6. Yield 4 to 6 servings.
