Ingredients

How to make it

  • Ground shallots, garlic, lemon grass and tumeric.
  • Deep-fry fish in hot oil for 3 mins. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in saucepan.
  • Fry ground ingredients and chili paste until fragrant.
  • Add tamarind sauce, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Stir well to mix.
  • Add in fish and simmer until fish is cook.
  • Serve immediately.
