Ingredients
  • 4 Sq. un-sweet Chocolate
  • 1/2 C Butter
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 C Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 C Flour
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Baking Soda
  • ( I Cup Toasted Walnuts, chopped) Optional

Directions
  1. Grease and Flour ( 9x5) Loaf Pan
  2. Microwave Chocolate and Butter on High 2 Mins.
  3. Stir
  4. Add Sugars, mix well
  5. Blend in Eggs, Sour Cream and Vanilla
  6. Add Flour, baking powder and baking soda, mix well.
  7. Stir in walnuts
  8. Spread in Pan
  9. Bake 1 hr-10 mins ( or tooth pick comes out clean)
  10. Cool 10 minutes.
