Ingredients
- 3/4 c shortening
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c molasses
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 2 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 t ground cloves
- 1 t ground cin
- 1 t ground ginger
- white sugar for decorating
Directions
- mix all together (except white sugar)
- after finished mixing, let dough rest for 2 hrs in fridge
- 1/2 t size balls, then roll in sugar
- 350 for 10-12 mins
