Ingredients

1 litre milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cinnamon stick

300g dark or milk chocolate, chopped

Directions

place milk, vanilla and cinnamon stick in a deep saucepan and slowly bring to the boil over low-medium heat. Add chocolate then, using a hand whisk, whisk until frothy and chocolate has melted. Discard cinnamon stick then ladle immediately among small mugs.
