rich hot chocolate

this is nice just with a breakfast in bed
Ingredients
- 1 litre milk shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 cinnamon stick shopping list
- 300g dark or milk chocolate, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- place milk, vanilla and cinnamon stick in a deep saucepan and slowly bring to the boil over low-medium heat. Add chocolate then, using a hand whisk, whisk until frothy and chocolate has melted. Discard cinnamon stick then ladle immediately among small mugs.
