Ingredients
  • 1 litre milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 300g dark or milk chocolate, chopped

Directions
  1. place milk, vanilla and cinnamon stick in a deep saucepan and slowly bring to the boil over low-medium heat. Add chocolate then, using a hand whisk, whisk until frothy and chocolate has melted. Discard cinnamon stick then ladle immediately among small mugs.
