Mexican Cornbread

- 2 cups Self rising yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 1 tablespoon self rising flour shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese Mild or Sharp your choice shopping list
- 1 can of rotel tomotoes shopping list
- 1/2 can cream corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup onions chopped real fine you could use less if preferred shopping list
- 1/2 cup bell peppers chopped real fine could use less if preffered shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil any kind shopping list
How to make it
- Heat cooking oil in cast iron skillet or any pan
- Mix all ingrediants together pour into hot skillet and bake until golden brown
