- burgers shopping list
- 3 lbs. ground chicken, turkey, bison or beef shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups panko ( Japanese bread crumbs ) or fresh dried white bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 Tbs chopped scallions shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3 Tbs. fresh chopped cilantro shopping list
- 2 tsp hot Asian chili sauce shopping list
- 1 cup bottled or prepared teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 8 Tbs. honey shopping list
- 2 tsp salt or to taste shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- ginger Mayonnaise: shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tsp sweet pickle relish shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh minced or bottled ginger shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 clove garlic minced shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- Fresh soft sesame seed hamburger buns shopping list
- red leaf lettuce leaves shopping list
- thin sliced onion shopping list
- thin sliced tomato shopping list
- thin sliced cucumber shopping list
How to make it
- For the burgers mix well by hand the meat, eggs, bread crumbs, teriyaki sauce, honey, garlic, scallions cilantro, chili sauce and salt.
- This may be prepared in advance as well as the flavored mayonnaise .
- Form meat into patties.
- Prepare ginger mayonnaise by combining all ingredients.
- Grill burgers and place on a bun which has been spread liberally with the ginger mayonnaise.
- Top with lettuce, onion, tomatoes, cucumber.
- Makes 8 to 10 burgers. Recipe may be halved.
