How to make it

  • Add all the biscuits into a processor until all pieces had been mashed
  • Mix ALL ingridients into a bowl
  • Spread out aluminium foil on the table top (I often use two pieces and divide the mixture into two).
  • Put the mixture on the foil and roll into a large sausage shape; wrap the foil around it.
  • Throw in the freeze for a minimum of 3 hours
  • Bring out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving
