Salchichon de Chocolate

- 200g Buter shopping list
- 2 Cups Castor sugar shopping list
- 2 Teaspoons vanilla essence shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 Cup cocoa or chocolate melted, or both combined shopping list
- 500g Plain sweet biscuits (cookies) shopping list
- Aluminium foil shopping list
How to make it
- Add all the biscuits into a processor until all pieces had been mashed
- Mix ALL ingridients into a bowl
- Spread out aluminium foil on the table top (I often use two pieces and divide the mixture into two).
- Put the mixture on the foil and roll into a large sausage shape; wrap the foil around it.
- Throw in the freeze for a minimum of 3 hours
- Bring out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving
