Salchichon De Chocolate Recipe
This is a cheap and easy chocolate log dessert. It's great for kids parties or as a special treat when you have limited time.

Ingredients
  • 200g Buter
  • 2 Cups Castor Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup cocoa or chocolate melted, or both combined
  • 500g Plain sweet biscuits (cookies)
  • Aluminium foil

Directions
  1. Add all the biscuits into a processor until all pieces had been mashed
  2. Mix ALL ingridients into a bowl
  3. Spread out aluminium foil on the table top (I often use two pieces and divide the mixture into two).
  4. Put the mixture on the foil and roll into a large sausage shape; wrap the foil around it.
  5. Throw in the freeze for a minimum of 3 hours
  6. Bring out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving
