Ingredients

200g Buter

2 Cups Castor Sugar

2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence

2 Eggs

1 Cup cocoa or chocolate melted, or both combined

500g Plain sweet biscuits (cookies)

Aluminium foil

Directions

Add all the biscuits into a processor until all pieces had been mashed

Mix ALL ingridients into a bowl

Spread out aluminium foil on the table top (I often use two pieces and divide the mixture into two).

Put the mixture on the foil and roll into a large sausage shape; wrap the foil around it.

Throw in the freeze for a minimum of 3 hours

Bring out of the freezer 10 minutes before serving
