Spinach Salad

A spinach salad with a great twist my friend Ellen K and I made up. So simple and light and hard to resist!
Ingredients
- 1 10 ounce bag of uncooked spinach shopping list
- 4 slices of bacon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons of sugar shopping list
- 1.2 teaspoon of mustard shopping list
- 1 finely chopped red onion shopping list
How to make it
- Wash spinach well andd cut off any tough stems
- Tear spinach to bite-sized pieces in a bowl
- Cook with a teaspoon of vegetable oil bacon on high for 5 minutes
- With spatula remove bacon; crumble; set aside
- To bacon dripping, add vinegar, sugar, and mustard
- Mix well,; cook for about 3 minutes
- To spinach add onion, dressing, and onion
- Cook on High, for 2 minutes, or until spinach wilts
- Enjoy!
