This is a really easy marinade that is fantastic for a pork roast. Can also be used on fish or chicken, what ever type of meat you like.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tablespoon salad oil
  • 3 Tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook sesame seeds until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove from heat and add soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar and pepper.
  3. Pour over meat to marinade.
