This is a recipe that has been on our holiday dinner table for as far back as I can rembmer. My mother still makes this and we still enjoy it. Bursting my a lot of great flavors. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3 ounce package lime gelatin
  • 3 ounce package lemon gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 10 ounces small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained but not cooked

Directions
  1. Dissolve gelatins in boiling water then mix all ingredients and pour into rectangular glass dish.
  2. Chill until set.
