How to make it

  • Cook vermicelli according to package directions.
  • Process garlic first then add remaining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Drain vermicelli reserving a small amount of pasta water.
  • If pesto is too thick stir in one 4 tablespoons of reserved pasta water.
  • Toss pasta with pesto.
