This is a great recipe for homemade pimiento cheese. My aunt gave me this recipe, she has been making it for years, it is so much better than the store bought stuff. I love this on bread, crackers and/or stuffed in celery. Read more Enjoy See less

Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
1 cup grated monterey jack cheese shopping list
1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
3 teaspoons mashed pimientos shopping list
salt and pepper to taste shopping list

How to make it

With an electric mixer beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended.
