How to make it

  • Melt butter and blend in flour.
  • Add milk gradually stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and cook 3 minutes then add seasonings, ham and eggs.
  • Serve at once on split English muffins or keep warm in top of double boiler.

    my grandma used to make this all the time but she would lightly toast soem bread instead of using english muffins. Personally I think its better but you should try it that way too.
