Very different, very tasty. I got these from my friend Lois who runs a bed and breakfast in Oregon. She says these are a big hit. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups chopped ham
  • 6 hard cooked eggs sliced or chopped

Directions
  1. Melt butter and blend in flour.
  2. Add milk gradually stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and cook 3 minutes then add seasonings, ham and eggs.
  4. Serve at once on split English muffins or keep warm in top of double boiler.
