Ingredients
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 pounds chicken tenders
  • Dried bread crumbs
  • 8 ounces cubed Swiss cheese
  • 8 ounces diced cooked ham
  • 1 can (10oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions
  1. Beat the egg and add the 1/2 cup milk. Dip the chicken in the egg
  2. mixture and then the bread crumbs. Fry until brown and crispy in hot
  3. oil. Place in baking dish and toss with cheese cubes and ham. Mix
  4. soup with 1 cup milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper and pour over
  5. casserole. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
