How to make it

  • Cook garlic and onions briefly in hot oil and add the ginger over medium high heat..
  • Add the lemon juice and water, lemon rind, chili pepper and turmeric.
  • Reduce the heat and add the coconut milk.
  • Bring to a boil and add the fish, simmer with a cover for about twenty minute on low heat.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantros and raisins
