Beachin Coconut Rum Fruit

- 1/2 liter coconut rum, Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay is the BEST! shopping list
- 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and chunked shopping list
- 1 quart strawberries, hulled & halved shopping list
- 1/4 watermelon, seedless, cubed shopping list
- 4 peaches, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 2 bunches green grapes, seedless, removed from stems shopping list
- 1 pint blueberries shopping list
- 1 cantaloupe, balled shopping list
- 4 limes, juiced (or more if they're not good and juicy) shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar (or you can use Splenda) shopping list
How to make it
- In your very largest plastic container (I use the top of a Tupperware cake-taker) mix all fruit together. Pour lime juice over fruit, sprinkle with sugar, and then pour rum over all. Mix gently.
- NOTE: I make this the very first day at the beach and we add fruit as necessary. Not to mention adding more rum! Oh, and feel free to use the entire bottle of Parrot Bay - it only makes it better!
