  • precook the meat
  • in the taters blend in the eggs and meat n cheese pat out patty's on a oiled plate with a fork, fry up like you would pancakes when the eggs are done and the patty's browned they are done, they are easy to stick to the skillet, don't mash on them while cooking, turn often.

    Wow, I love potato pancakes and this recipe has a lot of eggs, so it is almost your breakfast too!
