How to make it

  • Over medium heat in a medium pot combine can of black beans with water using the same can the beans came in
  • crumble the bouillon cube and add to pot
  • add Sazon, crushed olives, tomato sauce, Sofrito, chorizo and salchichon to the pot and stir
  • bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until the liquid thickens to desired consistency. Some people prefer watery and others like them thicker
  • Serve over white rice
