How to make it

  • Refrigerate bagels for 1 hour. Cut into 1/4-in. slices.( or smaller) Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Combine butter and garlic salt; brush over bagel slices.
  • Bake at 325° for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container. Yield: about 4 dozen.

    These are great! Thanks! I used left over italian bread that was going to go to waste instead of bagels. I cant wait to do this again! :)
