Ingredients
  • Salad:
  • Mixed Greens
  • Sliced Roasted Almonds
  • Sliced Strawberries
  • Golden Raisins
  • Cooked Chicken Chunks
  • Red Onion
  • Dressing:
  • 4 Tbl olive oil
  • 2 Tbl red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbl honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp poppyseeds
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions
  1. 1. Combine all ingredients for the dressing.
  2. 2. Pour dressing over salad!
