How to make it

  • 1.Place wok in high heat, pour in cooking oil stirfry shitake mushroom until brown then set aside.
  • 2.On the same oil stirfry the lean meat, when the meat change its color and almost done add shrimp, continue stirring.
  • 3.Add the dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixed well.
  • 4.Add 2 cups hot water – deduct amount of shrimp juice if you prefer to use it. Let it boil.
  • 5.Add shitake mushroom, carrots and green beans let it simmer for a minute.
  • 6.Add remaining vegetables. Mixed well. Sprinkle the sugar.
  • 7.Add noodles cover and let it simmer for a minute.
  • 8.Uncovered and mixed well. Consistency of noodles should be “al dente”
  • 9.serve hot with lemon or kalamansi squueze on top
