How to make it

  • Mix all marinade ingredients together
  • Place pork tenderloins in a resealable freezer bag
  • Add marinade, seal and turn bag to coat pork well
  • Refrigerate, turning ocassionally for 1 to 8 hours
  • Heat grill or coals to medium
  • Cover and grill pork 4 to 5 inches from heat for about 25 to 30 minutes , turning once and brushing often with marinade
  • Heat remaining marinade to boiling and cook 1 minute
  • Cut pork into slices and serve with marinade

    I LOVE fruit marinades/sauces, especially with grilled meats - this sounds fantastic, Pat, and since we grill a tenderloin probably once a week in the summer, this will definitely be on the menu soon...makes me drool to look at that picture!
