Pecan Crusted Chicken Fingers

- 4 cups panko breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tbls crushed red pepper shopping list
- 3/4 tbls pepper shopping list
- 1 tbls salt shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 2-2 1/2 lb. chicken tenderloins shopping list
- oil to fry shopping list
How to make it
- Add oil to fry pan and heat to 350
- Combine panko, pecans, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper into a shallow dish
- Beat eggs into shallow dish
- Add flour to shallow dish
- Dip chicken into flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture
- Repeat until all chicken is coated
- Cook chicken in batches until golden brown on both sides
