Orange - Ginger Broccoli And Noodles Recipe

Ingredients

Sauce:**************

1/4 C fresh orange juice

1 Tbs rice vinegar

2 tsp tamari or soy sauce

1/2 tsp grated fresh gingerroot

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Noodles:**********

5 oz. dried Chinese noodles or uncooked vermicelli

2 C fresh broccoli florets and stems (cut stems into 1x1/2-inch pieces)

1 C julienne-cut carrots

Directions

In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Set aside.. •In large saucepan, bring 8 cups water to boil over high heat. Add noodles, return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium;

cook Chinese noodles for 2 minutes or vermicelli for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and carrots to noodles; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally....

•Drain well; return to saucepan. •Add sauce; toss gently. Serve immediately.
