Orange - Ginger Broccoli and Noodles

- Sauce:************** shopping list
- 1/4 C fresh orange juice shopping list
- 1 Tbs rice vinegar shopping list
- 2 tsp tamari or soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh gingerroot shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- ******************************************* shopping list
- Noodles:********** shopping list
- 5 oz. dried chinese noodles or uncooked vermicelli shopping list
- 2 C fresh broccoli florets and stems (cut stems into 1x1/2-inch pieces) shopping list
- 1 C julienne-cut carrots shopping list
How to make it
- In small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; mix well. Set aside.. •In large saucepan, bring 8 cups water to boil over high heat. Add noodles, return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium;
- cook Chinese noodles for 2 minutes or vermicelli for 5 minutes. Add broccoli and carrots to noodles; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally....
- •Drain well; return to saucepan. •Add sauce; toss gently. Serve immediately.
- 2 servings.
