Serving size depends on how big you make them. My friend gave me this one. She served them for Dinner one night and I loved them!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce ( can use whole cranberries with your own jelly sauce)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • grated cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven at 400F.
  2. Sift dry ingredients together and cut in shortening.
  3. Beat egg creamy and add cranberry sauce and sour cream
  4. and mix well.
  5. Add to first mixture.
  6. Roll or pat out on a floured board and cut into, square biscuits.
  7. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
