Ground beef and cabbage casserole

This dish is great for dinner or to send to a potluck. My Aunt made is a few years ago for a family picnic and I bugged her for the recipe. Reminds me of good old stuffed cabbage but way easier!!!!
Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage shopping list
- 1 lb ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped onions shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped green peppers shopping list
- 1/2 c of instant rice--uncooked shopping list
- 1 small can of tomatoe soup shopping list
- 1/3 c of water shopping list
- 1 small can of tomatoe sauce shopping list
- salt and papper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- cut up cabbage
- lay in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan
- brown beef and drain grease
- mix other ingredients into the meat
- mix and pour over cut up cabbage
- bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
