Ground Beef And Cabbage Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 small head of cabbage

1 lb ground beef

1/2 c chopped onions

1/2 c chopped green peppers

1/2 c of instant rice--uncooked

1 small can of tomatoe soup

1/3 c of water

1 small can of tomatoe sauce

salt and papper to taste

Directions

cut up cabbage

lay in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan

brown beef and drain grease

mix other ingredients into the meat

mix and pour over cut up cabbage

bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours
