- 5 quarts popped popcorn shopping list
- 1 cup dried banana chips shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground garlic shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine popped popcorn and banana chips in a roasting pan.
- In a small saucepan, stir together peanut butter and oil until blended; add seasonings and heat.
- Pour peanut butter mixture over popped popcorn and toss to coat.
- Heat in 300-degree Fahrenheit oven for 10 minutes, stirring several times.
- Yield: approximately 5 quarts.
