How to make it

  • Marinade the pork cubes in wine, garlic, onions, salt, pepper and 2 packets of the Goya seasoning – overnight in the fridge.
  • Put some olive oil in a pan and quickly brown the meat a few pieces at a time (quickly sear it, don’t cook it through) and remove.
  • Once all meat is browned place in the crock pot (dump in any remaining marinade sauce) and the last package of Goya spice. Add the cubed potatoes. If you think it needs more liquid add more wine or water.
  • Set your crock to cook 6-8 hours.
