This is a very simple baked dish. My mom used to make this with actual chicken. When I saw it in a cookbook I thought I might be able to make it with fake chicken. Turns out you can.

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts, Quorn brand
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 cup rice (not instant)

Directions
  1. Mix together the water, cream of mushroom, onion soup mix, and water in a prepared casserole dish.
  2. Submerge the chicken breasts into the mixture.
  3. Cover and bake at 375° F for 1 hour.
