How to make it

  • Combine the water and rice in a microwave safe casserole dish and cook in microwave for 6 to 8 minutes at 50% power to begin to soften the rice, otherwise it will not cook all the way.
  • Mix together the remaining ingredients except the cheese in the casserole dish.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Cover and bake at 375° F for 1 hour.
