How to make it

  • Combine milk, margarine n brown sugar in saucepan. Heat untill sugar dissolves.
  • Cool to room temp.
  • Stir in powder sugar.
  • Beat until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency.
  • I double this recipe for a 13x9" cake or a 2 layer cake.
