Ingredients
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 packet chocolate cookies (digestives, choc chip etc.)
  • 50-100g(around 2-4oz) butter- it depends on how much cookies you have
  • 3 large bananas
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate shavings

Directions
  1. Boil enough water in a pot to cover the can of condensed milk. Put the whole can of condensed milk into the water and cover. Boil for 2 hours.
  2. Meanwhile, put your buscuits in a ziplock bag and crush until they are fine crumbs.
  3. Melt butter and add to the buscuit crumbs in a bowl. Put into a cake tin and press to make a base. Pop it into the fridge.
  4. Slice bananas.
  5. After 2 hours take your condensed milk out of the pot and cool (be careful though!).
  6. Mix bananas and condensed milk(which has turned into toffee after 2 hours of boiling) in a bowl and add to the chocolate crumb base.
  7. Chill for 1 hour, and serve with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
  8. EAT!! :)

Thankies! By the way, graham crackers are good for the base too! just add some sugar if u want. so far, chocolate digestives have worked the best! ^^
