Easy Thai Fish Cakes Recipe
Patterned after a restaurant version, we had these with oriental noodles. Easy and delcious

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb whiting or mild fish fillets (skinless)
  • 1 to 2 tsp green curry paste
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • juice from one small lemon or lime
  • 1 inch peeled piece of ginger
  • 1 Tbs fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Oil (Peanut) as needed

Directions
  1. Cut up fish and place in food processor with all ingredients and process smooth.
  2. Chill mixture for easier shaping .
  3. Form into small cakes or patties.
  4. Cook in a non stick pan turning when browned on each side.
  5. Cover, turn heat to low to steam them to finish cooking.
  6. Yield about 8 fish cakes
  7. Serve with oriental noodles, rice etc.
