  • 1 TUBE (7 1/2OZ) REFRIGERATED BISCUITS (10 COUNT)
  • 1/4 CUP TOMATO SAUCE
  • 1 TEASPOON ITALIAN SEASONING
  • 10 SLICES PEPPERONI
  • 3/4 SHREDDED MONTEREY JACK CHEESE

Directions
  1. FLATTEN EACH BISCUIT INTO A 3IN. CIRCLE AND PRESS INTO A GREASED MUFFIN CUP.
  2. COMBINE THE TOMATO SAUCE AND ITALIAN SEASONING; SPOON 1 TEASPOON INTO EACH CUP.
  3. TOP EACH WITH A SLICE OF PEPPERONI
  4. AND ABOUT 1 TABLESPOON OF CHEESE
  5. BAKE AT 425F FOR 10-15 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
  6. SERVE IMMEDIATELY OR STORE IN THE REFRIGERATOR.
