How to make it

  • Cream butter then blend in powdered sugar and add sifted flour.
  • Pat in square pan and bake 15 minutes at 325.
  • To make topping beat eggs lightly.
  • Sift remaining flour, baking powder and salt into the eggs and mix.
  • Add remaining ingredients then mix well and pour over cookie base.
  • Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
