How to make it

  • Boil chicken broth
  • Saute onion in butter until tender & clear
  • Blend in flour gradually cook for 2 minutes
  • Add the heavy cream slowly
  • Add the mixture into the pot with the chicken broth
  • Add celery, green chillis, tomatoes, potatoes
  • Cook and stir until think and bubbly Do not burn
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Reduce heat
  • Add Cheese and stir until melted
  • Simmer 20 min or until potatoes are cooked
