Ingredients

3lbs whole beans

1 garlic

10 red chiles

salt and pepper for taste

1lb chihuahua cheese

Directions

Add beans to a boiling pot add garlic salt and pepper cook for 3hrs or until beans are cooked and soft

In a separate pot boil water and add chiles once they are cooked take chiles out and put in blender a little at a time once it's blended as a sauce type

you take the beans and drain the water you also need to blend the beans as well

In a separate pan you mix the beans and the chile add the cheese and mix until cheese is melted
